I just wanted to update you all again on what is going on with the Outreach Ministry in Marion. Things are going absolutely great. As I have said before the help that we've had within the church and outside the church is absolutely amazing. I cannot imagine how we would have done what has been done without the awesome group of people God has given us.

At this time the sound system has been installed. The yards have been finished again and prepared for the initial opening. All sheetrock work has been done, sanded, and painting has begun. Actually, all painting has been done except just a little in the bathrooms which will be completed Saturday. The cleaning crew has gone down and recleaned everything. We are now just doing odds and ends to wrap things up. There are so many things that are being done simultaneously that it's hard to tell you all of them.

I will say that all has gone even better than planned. We have not even started the first service there and some other things have opened up since we have begun this work. I am looking forward to the first service with great anticipation at all that God is going to do.

Until next time,

Pastor

Marion Ministry Update

Thanks to great help things are moving very rapidly now. We are actually about a week ahead of where we thought we would be at this point. All walls for offices and classes are up now. All sheetrock work has been done with the exception of sanding that will be done this weekend. The sound system is being installed today. The painting will start next week. One crew is scheduled to go up and do a final cleaning. Another crew is going to go up and do the yards one more time before we start.

Overall everything is great. If we have run into any problems at all I don't know what they are. I know this is more responsibility, but with the help we have it is very easy to handle. I cannot say enough how appreciative I am about the help we have here at this church. What God is doing could not happen without faithful people.

I know that many are still wanting to know about the start date. This is what I am doing right now. My next post I should be able to give the start date. I have been hesitant to do so because I do not want to tell everyone a date and then something come up and I have to change it. I really like to stick with what I tell everyone.

Until next time,

Pastor J

Marion Ministry Update

Things are finally moving along. All has gone great with zoning and permitting. We have had much favor from the very start. The guys went down last Friday, purchased materials, and then dropped them off at the building. They went back Saturday and the walls started going up. They got much done in just a little time! They will be going back again for a few days at the end of this week. I have some great pics of the building as well as of the work in progress. I have never downloaded pictures to this blog so I will try and get this done in the next few days. I also will have a section of the upcoming Lifeline Monthly dedicated to this work. It is very important to me to make sure all that are involved know what is going on.

The Holy Spirit told me many days ago that this was the group of people that he had given me to change the face of this ministry. It is amazing at the help that I have to accomplish this vision. I don't feel like their is truly any way to let those involved let them know how much we appreciate them. You guys are awesome!

Until next time,

Pastor J

Since my last blog much has taken place. Many things that God has shown us in the past and directed us to do we are now doing. We have heard for over 25 years that other ministries would start out of this one, and now this has begun. Last month we leased a building in Marion, SC for our next ministry. The building is a little under 4000 square foot and we got it at a steal of a deal. We have had favor every step of the way. We have had favor not only within our ministry, but also people who have never attended our church. God is doing just as he said!

I will begin to use this blog as a means to let people know what is going on. I'm having people ask me this regularaly and I have been trying to think of the best way to keep everyone updated. We will use other means, but I will try and keep you updated through my blog better than ever before. Please keep checking back because much is going on.

Until next time,

Pastor J

It is so amazing how God works! I truly believe that the only hindrance in our lives for God is our faith. Situations, circumstances, problems, the economy, or nothing else is any match for God. This very day we are doing better than ever before. God spoke to me at the end of last year and said that the last half of this year would begin the greatest transition period as well as growth period that we have ever had. We are seeing that right now!

In the next month or so we will begin some outreaches into other communities as well as other things that God has laid on my heart many days ago. The church as a whole has had to make a decision as to which way it would go. Sad to say many have chosen direction opposite of the word and the spirit. Thank God that it is our time to shine. Each and every individual that has not bought into the foolishness that is contrary to the Word of God can expect nothing but increase in their lives and ministries. I encourage you to stir up the gift of God inside of you because what God has promised he is also able to perform. Only believe!

I am in the process of having meetings now concerning the vision of the church and this will increase in the next couple months. Promotion time is here! It pays to stay faithful to God and his word. Be careful who you spend your time with for many have lost their way because of toxic relationships. Follow God and those that are following God and you will never go wrong. (1 Corinthians 11:1)

Keep us in your prayers as we pursue all that God has called us to do and we will do the same for you!

Until next time,

Pastor J

As you see it has been busy! It has been way too long since my last post and I apologize for that.

Thank God it has been busy in the best of ways. As usual, God is doing all that he has promised. There is actually so much good news to report I definitely don't have the time to do so here.

I know that it is only May and I believe we have almost met our goals with our Outreach Team. It is definitely exciting to hear of so many salvations, but it is just as exciting with what God is doing with our team members. They have truly been set on fire and are making a major difference in this world for God! I am so proud of this team as well as everyone here at the church. I do not think I could ask for a better group to Pastor. From the ones who have been here for years and the ones who have only been here months. It is so exciting to see people's lives being changed by God!

Also, God has given so much more direction for the vision of the church. There are some major things that I will be sharing with the church that have already been set in motion to start the fall of this year. This is not a thought, but direction from the Lord. It is so exciting and so much responsibility at the same time. All that God spoke through dad (Pastor Danny) is more alive than ever. God never goes back on his word! Other ministries in other places to come very soon! More on this later!

We are preparing now for all of our summer camps. The youth group will be leaving for the Rhema camp in just a few weeks and we will be leaving for the children's camp closer to the end of the summer! Believe with us they will never be the same! The Youth Group is growing and doing better than it has ever done! Like I said, there is so much good that God is doing I could never write it all here!

I promise I will not wait five months to post again! Stay with God and his word and he will always see you through! Know that you have the victory through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Until next time,

Pastor J

How great God is! As we see everything changing around us we can take comfort in the fact that God never changes! He is always the same! He has always sustained us and answered our prayers and today is not different. As far as the world system goes it looks worse every single day. As far as God's system goes it looks brighter every day. Jesus is coming soon!

One of the things I have been impressed about in my spirit is to let people know what God is saying concerning these times. Yes, I know that God can speak to each one of us as christians, but he also speaks to us in different ways. That's why we need each other and no one is an island to themselves. Many people have been waiting on things to turn around in the world. I can find no basis in the word of God that this is ever going to happen. If we follow biblical prophecy we will see that things are taking place just as God said they would. We see things waxing worse in the world everyday. Do not expect this to change, but turn your focus to God like never before. God will sustain us no matter what is going on in the world system. So often we forget that we live in this world, but are not of this world. Provision is just as much ours today as it has ever been!

It is a time to check our faith and make sure that it is in God and not the world system or even ourselves. I have watched more people than I can count step out and do what they wanted to instead of what God instructed them to do and then also watched them fail. God only occupies what he designs. God always provides where he guides! I am encouraging every person that I know to take some time and examine what you are doing. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you what God would have you to do today! God will never lead us wrong, but he also will not forcefully stop us from doing as we please. I cannot count the people who have stepped out and did what they wanted to do and said God told them to do it, and then they failed miserably. This brings a reproach on the kingdom of God. Yes, God will forgive you if you miss it, but he has also provided us all the direction we need not to fail in his word and by his Spirit. You and I are called and anointed to be successful, but we must following the leading of the Lord.

Thank God we are victorious in all things as we follow God!

Until next time,

Pastor J
